Here are four templates, also found on Google. These should all be saveable as well as printable. i particularly LOVE the meal planner. The kid with his head tossed back, screaming, an eating utencil in each hand... totally my kids! If anyone knows where any of these things originated, all posts are open for commenting, i would love for whoever made these to get the credit for them.
