Raw Food Recipe For 14 Day Diet

Just starting a raw food diet and looking for some breakfast ideas? Try this fourteen-day breakfast meal plan and feel the difference.
The 14-day diet plan consists of a breakfast recipes suggestion chart for you to follow if you want to. Just consult the Food List below for all the fruits you can enjoy for breakfast.

Banana, Fig & Orange

Apple, Pear, Green Grape & Black Grape

Watermelon, Peach & Mango

Blueberries, Strawberries & Nectarine
Day 6

For these raw food breakfast recipes above, simply chop the fruit and place in your bowl adding a few nuts of your choice if desired.
Feel free to swap raw foods for juice on some days, ideally you want to get a combination of fruits and juices in your diet.
On the days you drink fresh fruit and vegetable juice, include some oatmeal for a really healthy breakfast a couple times a week.
