Here is a bit of a read up on a DIY i found earlier. (not helpful at all picture wise)
i mentioned earlier today that i would like to make a coat, i think i called it a fairy coat.
They are actually called "dream coats".
There are several people who make them now, but the original maker is Katwise.

i love her art, coats, buses, and her house!

It is an upcycled t-shirt dress.
This is where i think i am going to start for now.
My project will take longer than 10 minutes though.
i hand sew! lol... no choice... no sewing machine to help me out!
i will be taking pictures via laptop camera, so not the best quality, but i will try!
i figure a pixie dress, then some leg warmers, some arm warmers, and then on to the coat!
Make a perfectly wonky ensemble for my two year old!
Tune in this tommorrow for the start of the tutorial!
This may take me til Saturday night...
i do have four children and three meals and a huge room to care for as well!
